Module Two:  Low Noise Amplifier

Measurement of Frequency Responses, Noise Figure  & 1 dB Compression Point

 

Voltage Controlled Oscillator

Measurement of Oscillation Frequency and Output Power , Phase Noise, Gain Factor and Tunable Bandwidth & Pushing Figure (Pushing Figure: 8 MHz/Volt)

 

Module Three:  Pre-amplifier

Measurement of Frequency Responses, Noise Figure  & 1 dB Compression Point  Power Amplifier

Measurement of Frequency Responses, Noise Figure  & 1 dB Compression Point &  the Ratio of Fundamental and Harmonics

 

Module Four: Phase Locked Loop Controller

Experiment on  LCD and Keypad Testing (Locked Frequency Display; Locked Status Detection),  MB 15E07 Control Signal Testing, Measurement of Frequency Responses for Loop Filter &  Phase Noise Measurement of PLL Locked Time (< 5 ms)

 

Module Five: Balanced Mixer & Image-rejection Mixer

Experiments on Measurement of Conversion Loss vs. LO Power; Conversion Loss vs. RF Power, 3rd Order Intercept Point , IF bandwidth, Isolation  &  Image-rejection level

 

Module Six: IQ Modulator

Experiments on Measurement of PSK Modulator &  QPSK Modulator, PSK Demodulator , QPSK Demodulator

 

Module Seven: Analog & Digital Wireless Transmitter

Experiments Measurement of Output Power, Harmonics Output Power, Modulation Signal
